Together with the Philippines General Council of the Assemblies of God departments and districts, ICI Ministry Enrichment helps churches establish discipleship processes to move  people conversion to becoming a missions work force. We help churches understand how they can disciple people intentionally and mobilize them for church planting and missions. 

We have collaborated with AG departments to produce Intentional Moves: Lessons for Purposeful Discipleship – a four part discipleship series that can used to mobilize ordinary people for the work of evangelism and discipleship.
