1. Obtain Application Forms for both B.A. and M.A. program, and Application Packet for full admission to M.A. program only.

2. Complete all forms, following instructions and answering all questions.

3. Supply official transcripts from all universities, seminaries, Bible schools, or other institutions of higher learning where previous degree-levels were taken. Transcripts must be sent direct from the institution where credit was earned to the address below:

4. Send all application forms and tution fees to the above address or as attachments to iciphilsgu@gmail.com. (NOTE: Official transcripts cannot be sent as attachments. Hard copies must be sent to the ICI office in Pasig City.)
