Is a non-degree ministerial training program operated under the Philippines General Council of the Assemblies of God–Home Missions Program.

HELP offers quality ministry training program for the following:

• Pioneering pastors
• Working people who want to study at home and be equipped for ministry
• Pastors and field workers who want to take refresher courses at home or modular courses (for district-initiated seminars)
• Church-based training program – an effective curriculum for those who have in-house training for their local church leaders and workers
• Study Guides are provided based on Berean School of the Bible, an institution that offers continuing education through Global University.
