ICI Ministry Enrichment (ICI-ME) Department supports churches in enriching and strengthening their pastors and leaders. The enrichment programs are offered to address specific needs of the church. They are set up as workshops, seminars, and conferences. These programs educate pastors to understand the dynamic interplay between the health and the growth of churches.

For 2021 onwards, “Transformational” shall guide the initiatives of ICI ME Department to mean, by God’s grace, ICI-ME will be able to undertake or affect change in the lives of people and the churches.

KARANGALAN: Honorable Leaders for Godly Communities

A moral formation curriculum for community leaders.

“KARANGALAN” FEATURES

Biblical Foundation: Leadership principles are grounded in the Bible, the Word of God, providing timeless and trustworthy framework.

Practical Application: Each lesson offers actionable insights that leaders can readily apply in their daily leadership practices.

Promoting Reflection in Critical Areas of Leadership: Encouraging self-improvement in self-leadership, leadership at home, and within communities through thoughtful reflection.

Leadership Karangalan Principle: Each lesson introduces a “Leadership Karangalan Principle" for leaders to memorize and integrate into their personal leadership ethos.

Government-Endorsed Virtues: Aligned with government institutions, promoting virtues like Maka-Diyos, Maka-Tao, Maka-Kalikasan, Maka-Bansa (Department of Education and Philippine National Police) and Matino, Mahusay, at Maaasahan (Department of Interior and Local Government).
