Maraming salamat sa bawat pastor, church leader, family worker, parent, couple, young person, volunteer, partner, at kaibigan na nakiisa. Ang inyong presensya at commitment ay patunay na sama-sama nating ninanais na makitang lumalago, gumagaling, at tumatatag kay Cristo ang ating mga pamilya.
Pero hindi dito nagtatapos ang TransformNation. Dito pa lamang nagsisimula ang ating pagkilos.
